For over a decade, Shawn Oliver, Brian Lewis and Renee Arst, have been working tirelessly to buy and build bikes for underprivileged youth and teens. We hope that this year you'll support their ongoing efforts to make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate. This boutique cycling fundraising event is committed to raising funds for the Fast Freddie Foundation and the Napa County Bicycle Coalition.
Despite the cancelled event last year, due to the incredible generosity of our registered cyclists and guests, we raised $10,000 which was used to purchase bikes and support training programs for children and youth. We profusely thank those who donated to Bikes for Tots!
We look forward to seeing you in October. Register by September 1st and receive a custom Bike for Tots logo hat. If you can’t join us at all, you still are able to donate to our beneficiaries. Thank you!
The ride starts at the Yountville North Park, with short, medium and long course options. The short course traverses Lake Hennessey towards Pope Valley and back to Yountville. The medium course heads towards the Pope Valley, and the long course heads out on the scenic rollers of Lake Berryessa. Cyclists on the medium and long courses are encouraged to take a mid-ride break at the historic Pope Valley Winery with snacks and cold drinks. All cyclists will enjoy a post ride lunch (burritos!) with assorted beverages and sweet treats. (Limited to 50)
Dinner is where the rubber meets the road, so to speak. It's the time to raise a paddle, a hand or just to commit to raising funds for bicycles and helmets for children. Your support will help programs for underprivileged youth in the East Bay and local Napa organizations including Cope Family Center, ALDEA Children & Family Services, UpValley Family Centers and Napa Emergency Women's Shelter. We are proud to announce that our dinner will be held in the barrel room of the esteemed Whitehall Lane Winery in St. Helena, CA.

Each year at Bikes For Tots, important funds are raised to purchase bicycles and helmets as well as offer development programs for underprivileged youth to further the event’s non-profits mission of teaching life skills through cycling. To date, over 3,800 bicycles and helmets have been donated to local Napa Valley organizations including Cope Family Center, ALDEA Children & Family Services, UpValley Family Centers, Napa Emergency Women’s Shelter, Boys & Girls Club in St. Helena and Calistoga and the Harvest Church and Grace Church both in St. Helena.
100% of event net proceeds go to Bikes for Tots beneficiaries.
Fast Freddie Foundation's mission is to inspire and provide underprivileged children with the tools to achieve personal successes by utilizing life skills learned through cycling. The foundation encourages a commitment to education and a healthy lifestyle through physical activity and offers unique programs as well as partner programs to help develop many important skills acquired through cycling: perseverance, focus, patience, self-motivation, team work and overall individual health and wellness.Learn More Make a donation
The Napa County Bicycle Coalition is the only organization working exclusively to make riding a bicycle anywhere in Napa County safe, convenient, and accessible for riders of all ages and abilities. For nearly 10 years, NCBC fought for the needs of bike riders young and old, through youth and adult bicycle safety education, advocacy for more and better bike lanes and related infrastructure, and the role of bicycles in creating safer streets and more livable communities for everyone in Napa County.Learn More Make a donation
